Hi, I'm András!
Runner · Maker of random things · Final-year student. This is where I collect my travels, my plans for the future and all sorts of random things.
Zoom in and explore the map
I'm a final-year secondary school student. In my free time I run and race seriously. I can also eat a lot. Whenever I can, I hit the road: I love hitchhiking, spontaneous trips and discovering new cultures, and I'm a big supporter of really low-budget travel. I'm fascinated by how countries build their infrastructure, how transport networks work – and by maps.
Practising the language and experiencing the local culture first-hand.
Hitchhiking, night trains, walking – spontaneous trips to new countries on as little money as possible.
Crossing Patagonia as cheaply as possible – buses, hitchhiking and a lot of wind.
Prague: I sat in a KFC for 6 hours, from midnight.
Things I still want to do: • work as a sailor on a ship • reach extreme places – Antarctica, the big deserts • walk 3000 km in 60 days • many more adventures in South America
Work on a ship and cross an ocean the slow way.
Get to the extreme places – ice at the bottom of the world, sand in the biggest deserts.
50 km a day for two months. The 70 km Csepel walk was the warm-up.
The Andes, Patagonia, the Amazon, the Altiplano – I want many more adventures here.

A 215 km round trip by bike: to my classmate in Levice (Léva), Slovakia, and home again.
In early 2026 I learned what the whole of Chile looks like – sometimes memorising through entire nights.
I cycled 300 km and went 25 hours without eating – and slept for 30 minutes on a random bench.
